client that you have created a Website for information regarding the Association which is
currently operating on the internet. However, as the Association has not authorized you to
operate said Website utilizing its name, you must immediately cease and desist operation

In the event that you do not immediately cease operation of the aforesaid Website, the
Association has instructed us to take any and all remedies to protect its interests,

You see, part of the problem is that she is supposed to represent the association, however she decided to represent only Elna Epperson and Donna Kahn. We should ask the courts to rectify this and stop costing us so much money due to poor legal council... See below Bad News...
